A light tunnel built inside our walls?

If you walked our spaces every month you’d agree: our only constant is change. The photo above is our demolition of a 100’ light tunnel on the third floor of the executive wing. The tunnel was built for Seagrave’s testing of fire truck headlights during the company’s long history here. With the tunnel gone, we’ve opened the entire third floor of the executive building.

Our first tenants on this floor, The Yusufs and Matelli Graves, have an enviable finished space (photo below). After choosing dimensions and framing the space, new extra large windows were installed. And then fresh color on the original wood floors, with two walls of exposed brick. Also inside their space is one of the original vaults, with Seagrave hand painted on the black steel frame.
